How to Register
Both author and audience are required to complete the registration on Member Center. We provide two Method of payment to attendees :
|1.||Over-the-counter Bank transfer: Account information will be informed if required.|
|2.||Credit Card Payment: Payment can be made online via PayPal. The instruction and permission of online payment will be provided along with Email letter.|
The hardcopy receipt will not be provided, please download it in Member Center by clicking “Download Acceptance letter& Receipt”. If you need a hard copy proof of the payment, please print it out and bring it to the conference registration desk for a stamp. For other specific requests, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The organizer committee issue only ONE certificate for each submission that completes the registration fee. For example, 2 co-authors who complete the payment under the same paper, they will receive 2 certificates of presentation. If only 1 author completes the payment, he/she will be issued one certificate of presentation and another co-author won't be issued the certificate. If you need both "Certificate of Presentation" and "Certificate of Attendance", please email to secretariat in advance.
Certificate of PresentationFor authors Indicates a presenter’s name, affiliation and the paper title that is presented in the scheduled session
Certificate of AttendanceFor Listeners Includes participant’s name and affiliation, certifying the participation in the conference.
Certificate DistributionOral presenters will receive a certificate of presentation from the session chair after their presentations or at the end of the session. Poster presenters will receive a certificate of presentation from the conference staff at the end of their poster session. The certificate of presentation will not be issued, either at or after the conference, to authors whose papers are registered but not presented.
No refunds will be issued for any personal reasons, please take this into consideration before completing the payment.
APICENS organizer and committee hereby reiterate that we are NOT authorized to assist with any Visa application works. We, here include the organization itself, the conference secretariat, international liaisons, and any individuals or parties related to APICENS committee. We do not issue organization registration letter, guarantee letter, schedule of staying letter, local sponsor letter, and governmental format invitation letter, but provided only Invitation Letter issued by the Conference Committee Board. You may be required to submit a letter of guarantee to the embassy. APICENS would like to emphasize the difference between a letter of invitation and a letter of guarantee.
Letter of InvitationA Letter of Invitation is proof that your paper submission and registration application are accepted by the conference committee board. It will be stated in English and may help with your visa application. However, it does not guarantee you a visa.
Letter of GuaranteeA Letter of Guarantee is an individual/party who agrees to be legally and financially responsible for your stay during your visit to the country you’re going to. APICENS committee will not provide any Letter of Guarantee.
Should your application be denied, APICENS committee cannot change the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nor will we engage in discussion or correspondence with the MOFA or the Embassy on behalf of the applicant. The registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual be denied.
