Basic Rules of Submission
  

Abstract
The abstract should be a concise summary of your presentation. Please avoid using scientific or engineering symbols, acronyms and bullets. It should be typed single-spaced in 12 point type Times New Roman. Abstracts are often broken down into four paragraphs which include Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions sections of conference abstract.
Be sure to adhere to the word limitation exclude reference, table / chart and Keywords. (800 words / 2 pages).
Abstracts should be submitted in system, as a system attachment to official website only .doc(x) is the acceptable file formats.

Full paper
The Full paper should be a concise summary in abstract and describe the detail Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions of your presentation. Please avoid using scientific or engineering symbols, acronyms and bullets. It should be typed single-spaced in 12 point type Times New Roman.
Be sure to adhere to the word limitation include reference, table / chart and Keywords. (12 pages).
Full paper should be submitted in system, as a system attachment to official website only .doc(x) is the acceptable file formats.

Attention

Articles previously published, those under consideration by other conferences or journals, and those with a pre-existing copyright may not be submitted for review and consideration.
Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are strictly prohibited. In order to protect intellectual property rights of others and the authors' own academic reputation, we are strongly against this ruthless conduct.
Authors should take responsibilities for their submissions. Any violations of the above regulations are criminal actions. 

Note
If paper is NOT reach Basic Submission Rules / Abstract or full paper format. We may ask you to revise your paper.
Your Abstract / Full paper will normally be reviewed within two to three weeks after undergoing a double blind peer review.
Abstracts, full papers, will be made available by HEF to the general public on an open access, online basis.



WHAT to sumbit
Both abstract and full paper are accepted. If you don’t want to release your newest findings via conference proceedings, please submit "abstract" instead of full papers. The abstract won't be less likely to be accepted than full papers. It will depend on the quality of the content. The accepted paper will be published upon the format as submitted.


HOW to submit
Step 1: First register yourself on our website at http://apicens.org/index.asp?id=50

Step 2: Fill in your information and click “Next”
            Confirm the pre-registration information. Then, click “Confirm.”
Step 3: Log in your account

To attend as audience, please follow Step 4 to 5.
To attend as an author, please follow Step 6 to 9.

Step 4: Click “Attend without Paper”
Step 5: Fill in the information and click “Submit.” Find the status “Accept”

Step 6: Click “Paper Submission”
Step 7: Fill in the information of your paper.
Step 8: Find “Manuscript upload” at the end of the page. Click “Choose
            file” to upload your abstract in Microsoft Word file (*.doc), then
            click “Upload.” At that time, you could find it “Submit uccessfully”
Step 9: Click “Submit” to finish your submission.
